Best Of Brigitte Bardot from August 29th to October 26th, 2014 at the Château de la Messardière
A unique exhibition
Fifty-eight years ago, the Tropezian muse Brigitte Bardo, made her acclaimed debut on small screen, in the Roger Vadim’s movie « Et Dieu…créa la femme » filmed in the wild scenery of the fishing port of Saint-Tropez.
Established since in her famous Madrague house, B.B will remain forever the icon of Saint Tropez village.
On the occasion of her 80th birthday, an exhibition is dedicated to her in the gallery of the Chateau de la Messardière, from August 29th to October 26th, 2014.
Alexandre Durand-Vieil, Director of the Palace de la Messardière and Bruno Ricard, one of the most famous collectors and admirer of the Muse join together for a unique B.B exhibition.
Artistic direction was has been assigned to Henri-Jean Servat, a writer and well-known television journalist. Digging in the treasures which contains the private collection of Bruno Ricard, this exhibition highlights original and unpublished works. You could admire movie posters, vinyl records, international magazines but also rare photographs taken in the privacy of the star.
